Belanger Family Home Page
Dedicated to the research of the Belanger Family.
The site offers several databases of patronyms inclusive of the first ever publication of a comprehensive, though still incomplete, study of La Famille Nicolle from its roots in St-Pair-sur-Mer, France through Nouvelle France to its migrations into the other Canadian provinces and the United States. The site also includes a section on Les Navires – The Ships. This section details the roles of hundreds (soon to be 1000) passenger ships between France and Nouvelle France.  Some of the earliest roles include Les Filles de Roi.
