There are a couple of restrictions to this use:

Only 4 sessions can be used at the same time, just like at the library. If you follow the link and it does not allow you into the site please try again in 15-20 minutes.

Limit of One Hour per session log on. The session will time out after one hour of being signed in, no matter the activity or inactivity on the session.
